I have never ever had such bad experience with EDGARS! Every month i went and pay my account now they keep on phoning me telling me that i have never payed my account. They really need to check there payment system, because now all of sudden it is my responsibility to go to the Edgars store to show my proof of my payment. I have been customer by TELKOM for 2 years and their system always pick up that i have payed by money market, how? customer by Edgars for more or less that 6 months and this is how they treat you, by phoning your clients, to tell them they have not payed, To be honest this is a terrible feeling! Their might be a few bad apple on your system, don't treat other the same way. Sort your payment system out, it is irritating! if i can just explain how sad i am with this whole story! from now on I don't want any call center or manager phoning me. Someone higher! if they do, please send me your email address to [Email Removed] i will send you the proof of payment. I will not accept the fact that i need to spend money to show you guys that i have payed as i have been told by call center person., Your system need to pick it up! My evidence and proof i have got
