Proof of Payment (Account ZAR_000013065_MB)

I got a settlement figure from Narese for account ZAR_000013065_MB on Monday and I paid R3 200 yesterday the 2nd of July which settles the account in full. I faxed through the proof of payment to 011 504 6090 and I also emailed her the proof of payment to [Email Removed] . So far there has been no response. I need to get this sorted so that I can move on with my life knowing that I have settled this debt and you go the proof of payment.

Can someone please get back to me to confirm if you received a proof of payment? Furthermore I would like to request a paid up letter.
