We bought furniture from Furniture City Emalahleni, we are still waiting for our couches. It's been 8 weeks.
We called them countless times, and every time the couches are either damaged or they did not deliver them. The couches was send back about 2 times (that we know about) the other times it wasn't send because they were scared the rain would damage it. I was there on a rainy day in January and deliveries was made.
Every time we speak to Bronwyn or Rose (the Sales person), they have excuses, they are emailing the Warehouse, but they don't call us and give us an update on our Delivery.
My fiance and myself went there about 5 times to find out what is going on, no one can give us an answer.
I will not refer Furniture City to anybody, there service is bad. Customer service, they don't even know what it means.
