We recently bought new couches from House and Home close to Makro Silverlakes. After sitting on one of the couches, it broke.
We contacted House and Home and they came to pick it up to repair it. After delivery of the newly repaired couch, we noticed that it was still broken.
We have contacted Tereza and Liam numerous times and was promised many times by Liam that he will come out to have a look at the couches, we are still waiting. Tereza also gave me very bad attitude telling me that she only has 2 hands and cannot do all the work herself. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM.
We were also told that the couches were discontinued so they cannot be replaced by new ones.
I would like to have them replaced by other couches of similar value or refund my money.
I am waiting for your response.
