I had purchased a LCD TV which was sold with a DVD player as part of special that the store was advertising last year Xmas. I had received the TV on that day, and to date have not received the DVD player. The store says that they are waiting for stock for that particular item each time I call or visit. More than a month has passed, why not replace with another DVD of the same value or atleast with the same features. Normally when visiting other retail stores, should they not have stock of a particular item, it is replaced with another with similar features and value, and in electronics, there is always another product.
