We bought Leather couches at Furniture City for the price of R12 000 in March 2013, By July the stitches were already coming out of the couche so we reported it in August and they were collected for repairs on the 22nd of October 2013.
Since then we haven't received our couches back we always get promises to be called back by Thami but he never calls back. We even took the warehouse number so we can call them ourselves they also make empty promises to come deliver but they never do. What worse if they promise to come on a certain date we make arrangements for someone to wait for them but they don't have the decency to even call and apologize.
Is it not fair for a customer to pay so much money for couches but get such poor service. The couches were still under guarantee which makes it hard for me to understand why they were not replaced since they were only 6 Months old instead of us being given a run around.
Why such bad service?
