I signed my contract on the 27/03/2013 for Couches (R36999), Bed (R2499), TV (R3499), PVR (R1699), was promised delivery to be done on 28/03/2013 except for the couches which were supposed to be delivered on the 03/04/2013 as the warehouse was supposedly closed but the couches were ready as I was told. I was told my PVR is sold to someone else then I had to throw toys and say I will report the service to Head Office and he immediately called asking me not to report as he found a PVR for me. Bed, TV, and PVR were only delivered on 02/04/2013, bed came with missing parts and was only attended to after hours.
I am however still waiting for the couches, and am now advised that they are STILL MAKING THEM. I fail to understand why I was NOT ADVISED of the waiting period before signing the contract. Why was I to and told they are READY. There are many furniture suppliers who would appreciate my business. Firstly, my PVR was sold to someone else, now there's a story about couches. What's going on Furniture City, can I have my couches tomorrow or maybe we should cancel the Deal... *IRRITATED*
