I Bought Alpine couches from Geen & Richards last year June on delivery the was a chip mark on the 3 seater, we returned the couch and they promised to give us a new set we had -8 deliveries after that and all those couches was damage goods, i cant believe that the couches are so expensive but the quality is not good at all as like you bought couches from a 2nd hand shop. The store keep on saying it is the suppliers fault, please explain as to why you sell damage goods, I am not happy at all this bad service im paying a small fortune but am sitting on chipped couches it really looks like 2nd hand goods in my house.
