I bought a couches at Furniture City and it was paid cash on the 20 November 2013, the person who was helping me she said it will be delivered in a weeks time but up-until today I haven't receive my couches and no one from the shop's side bothers to call me just to update me why it's delaying. I went to see the manager by the name of Peter early this week to ask for my refund then he told me he can't give me the refund because he is still waiting for the invoice from their warehouse and he gave me the number to call the warehouse of which I did but the lady by the name of Salome she was very rude to me. I think Peter did not act as manager to me and he was not helpful to me. I'm not happy with their service and I want my money back.
