I am a Foschini account holder and subscribe to their living magazine. In October 2012 i was contacted and informed that i've won a R1000.00 in their automatic draw. I was asked to send a copy of my ID and proof of bank account details for the attention of Mary-Joy Rooiland. I sent the documents to her and never received any response and neither was the money ever paid to me. After a few weeks I contacted Foschini and enquired about this, the call centre gave me her contact no and I phoned by the line went straigth to voice mail. this is what i got after numerous attempts, to date i still can't get hold of this person. I've spoken to numerous people in the same department and nobody is able to assist me. I've been a victim of Identity and this makes me very anxious as i am not sure who is in possession of my ID and banking details. I find this totally unprofessional, the least they could do is get back to me or send me some sort of communication.
