On the 19th of May I was at Bedford Centre, Foschini. I wanted to but for roughly R450 and my account was in credit for R225. I was told I would not be able to do so since my details were not up to date. NEVER before had I received any communication about this, nothing with my accounts, not a call... NOTHING.
The shop phoned someone and when I questioned the legitimacy of this, I got people rolling their eyes and a bad attitude. I had no proof that I was giving my details to Foschini staff and the service was pathetic.
The items I wanted to buy were put aside for me until my details were updated and they would call me when I could come and get them... Surprise surprise, no call yet!
