I am disappointed in the service that I received from The Foschini retail Group. I purchased a new cellphone on my account, and with my last statement there was an ad that you could get cellphone insurance. I sms'ed the number they said to and received no response. I then contacted customer care and they just kept telling me that a Tracey-Lin (021 938 4420) was the only person that could assist me. After numerous attempts to contact Tracey-Lin, as she never answers her phone, I gave up. Now 5 weeks after buying the phone, it was. I still need to pay this phone off for 12 months and have no insurance.
I think its crazy that a service gets offered but all attempts to subscribe to the service are futile. In future, Tracey Lin should either respond to the sms sent or answer her phone at least.
