I have a bit of a concern regarding customer service at Foschini in Lakeside mall Benoni. My purse was over the weekend I have applied for a new ID and Drivers liscense I have however on me a certified copy of my ID when I went to Foschini to ask for a new Card they did not want to accept my Certified copy after I told them that I will wait about 8 weeks for another ID now my problem is they said they need to send a copy to Head office to send me a new card. I have a copy which will look exactly the same when they send it to head office why could they not accept this all other stores banks etc excepted my Certified copy ID except Foschini's I have attached a copy of my ID please can you post me a new card. What I do not understand is that Foschini posted me a card to open an account but when i want a new card issued they are unable to assist Foschini never had my ID before I got a card I also never appllied for an account Foschini just sent me a card and said i have an account now. So how come Foschini cannot assist me in a time of need. I have also paid my account in FULL 06/11/2013 does this not show Foschini that I am a GOOD customer and not a.
