UNRELIABLE INFORMATION PROVIDED

I AM DISSAPOINTED IN FOSCHINI'S APPAULING SERVICE. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS FROM MY EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH IS [Email Removed] TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE AND I WAS EMAILED BACK AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME TO SAY THAT IT WOULD BE DONE ONCE MY ACCOUNT WAS 4 MONTHS, I ENQUIRED AGAIN WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS 4 MONTHS OLD AND I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY A CONSULTANT NAMED GRISELDA SMITH WHO DID NOT WANT TO ASSIST ME AT 1ST UNTIL I BECAME IRATE, AND HER SUPERVISOR AMANDA MTSHOYITSHO WHO PROMISED TO ASSIST ME BUT INSTEAD ALSO GAVE ME AN UNSATISFACTORY RESPONSE. THE RESPONSE THEY PROVIDED ME IS THAT THE INCREASE GETS DONE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF OPENING THE ACCOUNT AND I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS AS THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS STATED TO ME ON AN EMAIL WHEN I ENQUIRED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS REQUEST AND EMAILS ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES EMAIL ADDRESS HOWEVER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AND I ALSO FIND THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT AS FOSCHINI IS A BIG COMPANY. CAN SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT PLEASE GET BACK TO ME WHO WILL BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND NOT GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND.
