I have paid off my Foschini account and yet MBD are hounding me and threatening me with summons. I have an old Foschini account and have paid it off. MBD insist that I have another Foschini account. For the past 2 years I've requested monthly that they send me proof in way of signed application form for the account number they give me. They phone me monthly and sms me - very annoying, especially as I've paid my account and that NO ONE can provide me with the proof i've requested, yet, now they have sent 2 sms's this week stating "your constant failure to pay your Foschini acc as agreed may invoke further legal action. call MBD to make arrangements". they requested I send an affidavit stating its not my account-which was done, 10 May 2013 as recommended by them. I have phoned Foschini- they confirmed my account is paid up and they have no records on their side. MBD has not for the last 2 years been able to supply me with proof. How can I get them to dissolve and leave me alone. Either get off their lazy and supply my proof or go away.
