On numerous occasions we have visited Bride and Co Parkview. On Sunday I went to Parkview to fit wedding dresses. The personal was as always very unhelpful. The lady assisting me was not even able to tell me the right size of the dress I should be looking for. The dresses are in a horrible state, broken zips, dirty dresses, ripped dresses. When you see the personal it is no wonder they cant even dress properly.
When I started fitting the dresses nobody assisted me and I had to struggle on my own. When I was leaving they wanted to know if I was happy with the service. I told them I would never return to the shop and the services is horrible.
On a previous occasion my sister bought a evening dress with them they could not taylor the dress and at the end of the day after being 2 sizes to big it was 2 sizes to small.
there is no accuntability in the shop and I see management always say they will take it up with the shop. Please close that store because it is a disgrace for all bridal shops.
