Booked an appointment to fit on 3 dresses, when i arrived at the premises 3:45 appointment started at 4:00 "apparently the time allocated is the time you will be attended too" but to no avail. Consultant was still busy with previous client who was still fitting on dresses at 4:10. When i asked if the dresses i have booked was kept aside the staff informed me that the branch where this info comes from has burned down and dont know what nonsense still. However i still decided to wait and browse through the dresses. While browsing i discovered that the only dress sizes available to fit on was a size 4/6 come on now not eveyone is a size 4/6 meanwhile i am stil waiting for an consultatnt to help me. Roundabout 4:25 my mom and i decided to leave because nobody has even offered to help me with a fitting or finding a suitable size dress. utterly disgusted in this shop and service that is being offered.
