Having trouble hearing from the. after promises

On the 28 December 2012, my wife received a gift voucher from Vodacom from Homemark, We phoned them and my wife ordered the items up to R800.00 the agent congratulated her on being the price winner of the day, The agent spoke to me in connection of the courier service cost. Telling me the amount is R155.00 and i would have to pay for that. I gave them my banking details they have ask for and only authorised R155.00. On 25th January 2013 the amount of R2707.77 was withdrawn from my account. From that day until today I'm having trouble, Nobody seems willing to help me, I had numerous promises that they will phone me back but that is as far as it get. I'm fed up with empty promises. It's costing so far about R400.00 on phone calls and I had to make a loan at the bank to honour my debit orders. This problem is costing me money, and nobody seems willing to help. I'm walking away with idle promises every time and i'm fed up by know. Their ref. is 0798944374
