We made an appointment for 26/01/13 at 11am with Crista at Bride & Co's Parkview, Garsfontein branch.
Our consultant explained to us that we had an hour with her and that we could pick up to five dresses to try on. After that she didn't spend much time asking or listening to what my sister was looking for and felt us alone to find something ourselves.
My sister is a bit more voluptuous and this is also a big reason why I decided to take her to Bride and Co, how supposedly have a wide range of wedding dresses. I truly thought if there was anywhere we would find a dress, this would be it. I was sadly mistaken.
In our hour consultation, we only had about 15min of her divided attention, she was rude and insensitive about my sister's weight and I had to do all the work. Getting the dress in and out of the dressing room and helping my sister get in and out of the dress. With the last dress Crista was sitting with her shoes off all relaxed wile I had to help my sister!
My sister found a dress, but didn't buy it. She just wanted to get out of there.
We had a horrible consultation and I would definitely not recommend that anyone go to Bride & Co's Parkview, Garsfontein.
