On the 05th October 2013 at 12h00I visited your store. I was a first time bride and your store was the first one I looked for dresses.
I'm so disappointed. No real help was given. So unhelpful, had to suggest my own dresses... the experience @ your store was horrible! Firstly he lady that helped didn't even ask what my budget was just brought dresses and didn't even help me when i suggested a dress i saw and would have definitely have purchased, NO effort from her side. Asked her for dresses and all she said the entire time was it was out of stock!!
I was so excited! To try on my 1st wedding dress... walked out in 30mins because she was so unhelpful and just disappeared before i left. DISGUSTING SERVICE. I will never go there or recommend anyone to go there!!
