On Wednesday 8 January 2014 three of my 5 Bridesmaids and myself went to find dresses for them for my wedding on 27th April 2014. We had no assistance when we came into the store and only once the girls had starting trying on the dresses did anybody bother to ask if we needed assistance. The consultant who assisted us was very helpful and pleasant and we found a dress that we liked but the shop only had a very limited number in stock. The consultant indicated that if we wanted to order the dress we would need to do so asap as it would take around three months. Knowing this we organised for all 5 girls to try on the dress (Four of them from Joburg had to get to boksburg and another in the cape went to canal walk).
This morning once I knew all the sizes we needed I called to place the order and I have never been spoken to so rudely when trying to give a place business. I was told before I got to finish my sentence that its too late to order the dress as they take 4 months and that was that. I was then transferred to the consultant mid sentence with no please hold or goodbye.
Clearly this shop does not need the business and I certainly will not advise anybody I know to use them.
