I battled with stores (all sports stores in Gauteng) to find a pair of Nike Free Runs, and no one was prepared to look for stock in other branches, and much less, organise for the stock to be sent up to GP.
One call to Annie at the Nike Store in Gateway and everything was sorted. She knew the exact pair i wanted, and had my size kept aside for me and safely sent up. She stayed in touch with me all the time, to reassure me that the shoes would not be sold to anyone else and that she would ensure i got them.
