How can you hire people that have no customer service. Yesterday I went to shoprite to get my husband a pack of beers. And I saw you had the black label on special. I went to the counter and asked the lady behind the counter for assistance, she was so abrupt and rude, she actually started screaming at me. She goes and get me a cold pack and so I paid for it after ignoring her stinking attitude. My daughter wanted me to buy clorets for her. I give it to the lady to cash it up again. She throws back the R2 at me saying she cannot except it. What the? I was with my children and your cashier gives me a hard time because of what!! Let's gets one thing clear. No one treats me or my family like and expect me to shut up. I am so disgusted at her. She treated me like I was an alcoholic. We live in a country that Black people cry and scream and shout for their freedom but what do they do! It gives them the right to do the same to other people. I don't give a who she is. Your store is getting bad to worse. I am uterly disgusted by shoprite and checkers. Customer service is gone down the drain. You should think about closing that store. I am ing annoyed with.
