I was at shoprite yesterday around 18h00 when i tried to collect money at money market counter, i approach the lady called iketleng to ask assistant, i great her nicely and she reponded by asking me how can i help you i axplained to her that i am here to withdraw R900.00. she responded by saying that she do not have that amount in her till so that she asked me to request the tellers if they have that R900.00. i requested her that because there is no queque it is posible to ask them, as a customer am not allowed to asked them one by one because they are not at money market tills. She came out to the counter and looked at me from top to bottom and she went to the other office and she came back after 30 minutes. when she came back i asked her if she is willing to assist me or not and she laughed over me. i was embarassed because it was in front of other cashiers. once i decided to leave luckely other cashier called me to assist. The way that lady treated me i won't allow any family members to use shoprite because they are so many competitors out side with good customer care. i would like to advice shoprite that the lower price is not the point the point is only good services to all.
