I received my Statement on the 26th of January with purchases made on my account at Edgars the Glen and CNA Oakdene. I don't even know where the Glen shopping Centre or Oakdene is. The purchases was made on the 6th of January without my knowledge. I phone the customer care number where they told me I must go to my nearest branch and complete a dispute form. I went on the 27th of January to Edgars Carnival Mall, where I got no assistance. On the 30th of January I complete a Dispute form at Edgars springs. I have now phoned multiple times, and the dispute office tells me they received NO Dispute forms for me. I phoned Multiple times Edgars Springs where I spoke to Fiklie and Kate and they assured me they send it through. But the Dispute office did not receive anything yet. I phoned today 4th of February and I'm still waiting for them to phone me back. My account was in credit and I owed nothing to Edgars now I owe over R5000.00. Can someone please assist me in this matter. I don't want to get black listed for ovedue account. It just seems to me that your staff are not doing there jobs.
