I received this email (Below) early Tuesday morning 29th of January 2013 from Rina Taute in response to my first compliant, today is exactly 2 weeks and i have yet to receive a phone call or anything!
"Hello Jarrod Powell,
We are in receipt of your complaint with reference 03655881 and apologize for the inconvenience caused in this matter.
There is no excuse for poor service and it will not be tolerated. Veli will be disciplined to ensure this does not happen again.
Store Management has ordered the stock from another branch and will be in contact as soon as it is in the store.

Firstly I don't see how you guys can discipline Veli for he's bad service when you offer pathetic service yourselves. I am really disgusted with the little service I have received from Game and I will definitely not recommend your store to any customer!
