After reporting my Samsung 40" LCD T.V (bought from Game Makhado with ext warranty) has a yellow line running vertically down the screen, Gamesure Extended Warrany division organised for Liptronics to collect the T.V for repairs. Collected 28th January 2013. A few days later after not hearing anything from either Game E/W or Liptronics, I proceeded to call both divisions numerous times only to be told finally that Samsung H/O was now dealing with the T.V as the screen could not be replaced and a new set would need to be provided. On contacting Samsung H/O (8th February 2013 @ /- 16:15) I was told by the call centre agent that Samsung no longer used Liptronics for their repairs and that he had no idea where my T.V was or what was happening as he said Samsung wasn't responsible. This was after asking for my telephone number, name etc to check against his system. After a further 6 minutes of me telling him that Samsung definitely was supposed to be sorting out the problem, he again checked my details & found that they had in fact received a request 2 days earlier & were doing a depreciation on T.V. I am really upset as I paid R11000.00 for theT.V & want it sorted asap by Game/Samsung
