I bought a Samsung computer from game on the 04/03/2013 at Game store in PMB LIBERTY Mall. When I bought it I was told that should there be any problem with the computer during the warranty period a technician from Samsung will come to wherever I am at and check the computer.

I called Samsung in the last week of June as my computer became blank and had ink on the screen, I was told to take it to Blomeyers for repairs. Blomeyers told me they not working with Samsung and could not look at my computer, I then took it to Game and they wrote a report saying LCD cracked and sent it to supplier for repairs.

After a week of not getting a call from Game/Samsung I went back to the store and was told there is a quotation of about R1 000 which I even didn't looked at as the computer is still under warranty and the computer did not fall or was put under excessive pressure to cause that ink in the laptop screen.

I am therefore complaining about 2 things:
1) Why am I asked to pay for a computer that is still under warranty and it becoming faulty was NOT caused by me.

2) Why I am the one doing run around yet when I bought laptop I was told technician would come 2 me
