On the 14/8/2013 Leonie from House and Home phoned Samsung to enquire how long the warranty is for my Samsung LED 102cm TV is, she was told 2 years. My TV was purchased 31/3/2012. My TV was collected the same day for repairs. After a week I phone Liptronics to find out how far the are with my TV, I was told that I need to pay the repair costs first.
I phoned Leonie and told her that. Samsung said sorry but the warranty is only for 1 year. All they had to do was listen to their tape as all their phone calls are recorded. Leonie gave them the date 14/8/2013 10 min after 10. Now three weeks later there is still a dispute with Samsung and I still have not received my TV back
There has been many phone calls between Liptronics, House and Home and Samsung but nothing has been resolved yet. Please is there anyway that you can look into this for me?
