An agent can tarnish your brand

My fridge, which is out of warranty has been acting up. I called samsung who said their agents will attend to it. The agents being a company called Liptronics in Cape Town. From the first day Liptronics has not arrived for appointments as scheduled well in advance - once. There is not always someone at home and we make special arrangements but then you get a call before the scheduled time to say the technician is on his way / at the house and then there is no one there. They don't arrive when they are supposed to and the quote we were given in writing, is now all of a sudden not the fault and has to be redone - and the technician figured this out without even seeing the fridge again. He was supposed to be here yesterday, we arranged there was someone to open. Liptronics never arrived. I called numerous times but just an automated system and you hold 20mins plus to get disconnected. I called samsung again who stated that I must wait until 12 today and if Liptronics does not arrive, I must call samsung again only to be told Liptronics is now closed and there is nothing they can do. I asked samsung to call me back but the agent did not even take my details...
