Last year I bought a school fleece jacket for my son. I had a problem with a zip that keeps on breaking. I decided to take the jacket back to the shop. I relate my store to the consultant that i don't have a slip but they can go through my account record to find the exact time i made purchase. she said to me don't worry i check on the system. she came back while she was about to write the fault on the card, she show Sharon. Sharon shake her head and said no this is 2009 stock without checking. The other lady corrected her because she checked already and find it was last year stock. she took the jacket and went and double check to the system to her suprise it was last year stock. She came to me with a sucking attitude telling me they won't be able to check if more than 3 months. And she won't be able to assist me if i bought it more that 6 month because the quality guarantee is 6 months. I said to her I don't remember and what if it was between Sep or Oct. She told me that she is not willing to take it back. i didn't want to make a scene i left. i was humiiated and embarrased and she look at me and undermine myself. i don't think i will buy anything from woolworth again in my life
