Today i went to ackermans so that i can do an exchange on one of the goods that i bought this month, the goods i bought them on an account, i thought that everything is fine i end up throwing the slip away, little should i have known that the Jacket that i bout on the price tag stated that it was size 34 but only to find out later that it was size 40. So today i went to try and exchange the Jacket but ohh what a service, i went to this lady by the name melida and she told me that i must take the jacket to the lady that works in ladies wear so that she can get me the code for the jacket so that i can get something for the price since the jacket was the last jacket but kim the lady that works in the ladies wear told me that she is sorry but she is off for her tea. What a wonderful service, so i went back to melida i told her that the consultant i will not be able to assist me because she is off to her tea break, she started asking me when did i buy the goods and what till did i pay, i could not remember and at the end of the day, i left with size 42 jacket. I have an account why could they check on my account the last item i bought, Edgars are able to do that as well as truworths.
