We bought a jacket that wasn't waterproof and two gentlemen from Hi-Tec went the extra mile to help us to get a new jacket in no time! Adolf tried to find the same jacket in the right size. The jacket was sold out and he managed to get another one that suits our needs. Chris drove all the way to Stellenbosch to bring us the new jacket and he even let us keep the inner of the faulty jacket because we liked it so much! Thank you for great service. We will definitely buy Hi-Tec gear again.
