I bought 2 bedroom suites and cushions to the amount of R17 200 on the 28/12/2012 then my goods were not delivered 2 weeks later i give them a call to find out whats happening and i was advised that the 1bedroom suite was faulty but the other will be delivered and again it wasnt so i called to cancell the transaction they asked me to go back to the shop of which i did on the 02/02 and i was told the money will be credited back into my account by thursday 07/02 by the headoffice up to date i haven't received my money or even a call from them just to tell me what is happening. I have run out of patience and this is just pathetic service. Must i keep running after them for my money now i will never ever buy anything from morkels they need to get their act together im really disappointed and hate such treatment its pathetic and so unprofessional
