My girlfriend purchased a jacket from Woolworths as a birthday gift. I fitted the jacket on and found that the jacket was a one size to big. I immediatley put the jacket back into its original bag and she returned the jacket a few days later. When she arrived at the Cavendish branch, she was told that the jacket has a scent of smoke and cannot be exchanged for a different size.. Who knows how many people tried this jacket on when visiting the shop and that could have caused the jacket to give off this smell. The consultant as well as the store manager was not very polite and did not want to listen to a word that was said.. What happened to customer service.?
