On 2 July i took in my jacket for repair to the one pocket. I returned from holiday on 9 Aug and went to collect my jacket, but the shop said they lost my jacket, that it probably got shipped overseas with other stock, and they would refund me.
A refund is not acceptable. If my jacket can be shipped overseas then they can ship it back. I am now stuck in winter without a jacket. Zara had no jackets that I wanted, so A refund would simply force me to purchase a jacket now that I do not want.
I was informed that the Zara communications manager would contact me today, 12 Aug, but of course I didn't receive any call.
Disgusting service!
