I bought a Jacket Mid January this year, but the quality was very bad. since i reside at Burgersfort and only go to Nelspruit once a month, i went to the store on the 16/03/2013 and i told the manager that the Jacket is tearing and i didnt keep the slip because i knew that i was buying quality, he said he is aware of the problem of the Jacket, if i come next time i must bring it and he will refund me. I told him that i will be in Nelspruit the first week of April then he said it was fine. A friend of mine also returned the same Jacket and she was refunded.
When i went there on the 06/04/2013, they told me that the Manager was not in, i asked for the second in charge, i told him that im returning a Jacket due to factory fault but he said to me they cannot take it back because is too long i bought it and his senioir was not in. I told him to phone the guy but he was not available, I left the Jacket in the shop with a sales lady who was willing to help but because she was taking orders from the second in command then she failed. everytime when i go there i get told that the Manager is not in, I called him on his cell phone and he said i must come for a refund, always not in. help.
