Poor communication

On the 4th of August 2013 I went to look for a cream jacket size 6.There was no size 6 the only size 6
jacket was on the manequin. The floor asistant kindly gave us the one on the mannequin but it was dirty at the collar and there was a red pen mark, I went across to pay for the jacket asking the cashier to check the Cavendish Square if they had a size six jacket, I left her my name and telephonr number and went about to do my other shopping. On my way back I discovered she did not phone Cavendish. She then phoned Cavendish and I said to her that I will exchange it at Cavindish. She told me to report to Customer Services.
On the 6th I phoned Cavendish to enquire about the jacket, they told me that no one phoned and that they do not have that particular style.
Firstly on the system it showed Cavendish had three size sixes,

this is not the first time that i get this poor service.
