A new insurance policy from MiWay worked out to be too expensive for me. A quality control consultant phoned me, heard my complaint and offered a lower premium. Two weeks later another consultant phoned to offer the same lower premium??? I stood my ground saying that this was already offered to me two weeks before. I was not happy.
To my rescue a consultant Zama phoned, offered to rectify the problem and came back with a further great discount on my premium. That is service to offer the client the best price as word of mouth advertisement is still the best! Viva Zama!
