BAD ATTITUDE, DAMAGED GOOD, LATE STOCK

I had a series of bad service from the onset with these people, I told them about the sale and she asked me (Thembi) how do i know cos she has not advertised cos its not good for her business, she will have to pay for the stock and there will be no profit. N suggested that i order, when the stock arrive, I can collect, i placed my order 200813, and on the 270813 I called to confirm the total on my order to do a transfer for payment, and they have lost it we did it again (with Zama). On the day of sale in the morning, i sent a text that i will come at 3, i got there at 5 they had no stock and they promised to deliver, i called them yesterday waiting for them Thembi sd she is busy she cant come, i Drove there to collect, Zama gave the case that was on display, with a DENT i showed her and she just stared at me and said, "OHK NOW". Zama said the stock is inside I drove off, a KM away i opened the case it was EMPTY, I drove back and she gave me the plastic SUPRISE at home the UV lamp they sold me it was DAMAGED. I paid for my order upfront. on the same day I dealt with Charlie at Melville she provided the best service and responded in less than n hour, n she did a follow up by email.
