Dissapointing Customer Service

We travel a long distance to this branch because of the excellent customer service we received in the past especially from Lynn. I phoned 5 days in advance informing Zama that we required a later model Jazz with low mileage. She said said was ample time to organise one. When we got there this evening, we asked for her, she completely forgot to make the arrangements, did not apologise, Rowena who is another agent informed Zama that she got a Jazz to give us. When asked whether it was a newer model, she said they tried but could not get one. It was so obvious no arrangements were made as Zama forgot, then why should Rowena lie, all she could say was that we were 2 hours early, meant to come in at 8pm, I knew about that and made the arrangements to fetch it then. She had a terrible attitude. Both of them did not greet or smile, this is not the same branch I remember. We had a hired car for almost the entire year last year. Some training will help the company a lot more and keep customers happy.
