I would like to commend and compliment the efficiency of the Game stores customer care centre for their very quick and helpful responses to email queries and I would like to thank Marlin Govender, Store Manager of the Liberty Midlands Mall Game store for contacting me immediately about my dissatisfaction with a toy I had purchased from his store. The dissatisfaction was not with the store but the toy. Never the less, he was pleasant and understanding and was more than will to let me come in and replace it. However, when it came time to return the toy I discovered to my horror that I had lost the slip but I explained that I had paid with my card and the purchase would appear on my bank statement. Marlin happily accepted this offer.
It a time where every penny counts this understanding and willing to go the extra mile means the world!
