When i went to Game Midlands Mall to buy gym equipment, I literally could not find one person wearing uniform to help me look for what I needed. I walked through the whole shop, and eventually went to the tellers to ask if there was anybody available to help me. They told me I should look around for someone, and didn't offer any further assistance.
I eventually found one of the many things that I was looking for.
When I returned to the store days later to continue my search for the relevant items, I saw the space in the shelf where I had removed my gym ball that hadn't been filled.
The store seems to be neglected, and has very un-helpful staff.
