I went to pay my account and to my surprise the balance is R2068.35 which in fact should be R700 odd rand.
I queried this with 2 staff members they then called the manager who was not interested at all. She then informed me that air time had been bought on my account for /- R1300 which I do not do as I have a contract. It took ages to convince her that I do not know who the cell phone number belongs to... eventually I told her that I refuse to pay the account and she is to call the department and put in a complaint.
I spoke to Sithesihle (Monday 3rd Feb) who informed me that he would put a block on the OTA? and investigate further.
I am still awaiting a phone call from them??? I hope this does not drag out for months as I am rather irritated/upset about the situation. You are not guilty but you are treated as though you are :(
