Unbelievably Great Service

I had purchased a specific product in November 2012. I sent 1 e-mail to Karen advising of my dilemma (unhappy with purchase) and she responded so positively & posted a request to the department heads immediately. The Regional & Store manager contact me immediately offering to assist me within 15 minutes of me sending my mail to Massmart. It was truly amazing that any company could go the extra length to satisfy a customer's request that most companies would not do @ all or even consider. All I can say is that; Massmart/Walmart group of companies (especially Game Stores - Cresta) should be any/all consumers automatic choice of retailers. The overall service is 10/10, No one can dispute this currently a I'm an example of receiving "out of this world customer service". Special thanks to: Karen Worth; Neville Ince (Regional head Game Stores; Joseph (Game Cresta Store Manager) and Kagiso (An honest and truly competent sales representative of Game Stores Cresta). I sincerely appreciate the extra mile that you guys did go to. My experience was amazing as they assisted me to their "fullest" capacity to make me a happy customer. Thank you all once again & keep up the exceptional work.
