I google searched Vaal Mall Game Store Manager and I found Martin Hlanze's details on [URL Removed] I sent him a long e-mail complaining about buying a R899.99 Huffy bicycle for my 3 year old son at Game Stores, Vaal Mall on 07/04/2013 for his birthday. The bicycle was incomplete. It did not have hand brakes on the handlebar, it only has coaster brakes but the one on display a hand brake. I warned him that if I do not get a response from him I am going to express my dissatisfaction on.
His response to my e-mail was: "Sorry I am no more in vaal store". The least he could have done was to refer me to the correct person. It is not my fault that Game Store Vall Mall did not update their details on [URL Removed] What kind of Store Manager leaves customer issues and inquiries unresolved?
I later sent the same e-mail to [Email Removed] and I am still awaiting a response.
