So far in SA i have faced the worst and bad service i have seen/faced from GAME stores, i bought WD 1tb HDD on special in decemeber which was suddenly not reading/working when i plug it to my PC so with regards to that i went to the game store where i bought the HDD, firstly inform my mistake also as i lost my slip though i remember the date when i bought... so firstly i went to the store and explained every thing as it is along with that i lost the slip as well.. they were searching on the purchase date as per the info i gave, which eventually they coulndt find my transaction with the card i used..later on we have had discussion and they told they will replace if i come with correct date, so i went and searched in my bank statement for the correct date, the next week which is today i went to the store with my information they searched and found the transaction on their side so after finding they changed information from last week they cant replace now they will be sending the HDD for repairs which is under warranty since it takes a month.. few years ago i had same problem from incredible which they changed immediately. But in store the guy started and telling he didnt tell me
