Extremely inefficient and dissapointing service

About a month ago I had purchased a cookie cutter at Game at Bellairs mall, due to being short on time I had not used it till 3 weeks later. once opened I discovered that it was not easy to use and that it does not work as well has the box and ad says, we decided to take it back. when we got to the store we were told that there is a ten day return policy and sorry game has an agreement with rusell hobbs and they cant help. now that to me is just not acceptable because whatever the agreement is should not affect me the consumer and on further inspection of the store and my till slip I see that there is absolutely no were that it states I only have ten days to return goods, in the past I have returned stuff from even 2 or 3 months prior the service and the attitude of the manager Peter Mashumbe (excuse the spelling) is unacceptable
