On the 11/05/2013 I visited the above mentioned store and was assisted by hilton who was very rude upon my enquiry about my mothers edgars account due to a fica lockmupon asking him how many times are we suppose to fica this account for them to be happy he turns around and tells me "you are not even the account holder but you want to go on" and walks away right enough I'm not the account holder why do I have a copy card if the account holder does not trust me I even gave my I'd book and said he can call the account holder he told me its not his problem so my question is is this how consumers gets treated? Is this what edgars customer service smells like? There is ways and means of saying things and the only reason I hve the copy card its because I'm paying for the account I just needed to know what's happening? But he felt like treating me like one of his children if this is what edgars parow center portrays as customer service I don't want to set foot there again...
