Terrible service and NO DELIVERY of goods

I ordered a bunch of CD's for my husband on the 31st January 2014 - giving myself enough of a delivery period for the goods to arrive before Valentines Day. Paid via EFT and sent proof of payment to Kalahari.

4th February 2014, the order was still payment pending, so I emailed Kalahari and resent the proof of payment. No response. 6th February 2014 I sent ANOTHER email after no response (their website states 48hr response) demanding a resolution. NO RESPONSE.

I phoned this morning, spoke to a lady consultant, who informed me she cannot help as their systems are down and I must phone back later.

So Kalahari have happily had my order payment for 7 DAYS now - and not done ONE SINGLE THING about my order, which is STILL pending payment status!!! NOT IMPRESSED!
